Ordering instructions and charging requirements

Order effective time limit

  • All orders start within 1 working day after the order is placed (subject to confirmation of manuscript and successful payment)
  • Effective time limit does not include processing or delivery time

File upload requirements

  • Please upload PDF / AI / PSD files
  • Reserve 3mm bleed space and use CMYK color mode
  • The text has been Outlined

Colors and Samples

  • Online illustrations are for reference only
  • If you have strict color requirements, it is recommended to apply for physical proofing (charges are extra)

Cutting accuracy

  • Cutting error may occur ±1 mm
  • It is within the normal range and will not be reprinted.
  • Customers are welcome to print their own manuscripts. Please refer to the relevant layout guidelines.
  • Xinyinba provides design and drafting services. Customers need to prepay for drafting or design services.
  • After our company has drafted or revised the manuscript, the ownership of the manuscript belongs to our company and will not be returned to the client. Only jpg images will be provided for proofreading.
  • If you need to provide the original ai file, additional charges will be required
  • Our company is not responsible for proofreading. Please carefully check that all information is correct before confirming the manuscript.
  • Once the manuscript is confirmed, the manuscript confirmed by the customer will be printed and delivered. If there are any other errors or omissions, the customer is responsible.
  • Please arrange text and patterns within 3 to 5mm of the cutting line to avoid being cut away during cutting.
  • Please set the size to be 3mm larger than the actual printing bleed position.
  • Please embed or convert all fonts in the document into curves to avoid missing fonts
  • When using vector software, thin fonts and standard fonts will cause white nodes at the intersection of strokes (it is recommended to avoid them)
  • For small fonts, please do not set the color dot below 50%, otherwise fold lines may easily appear.
  • Please set the color mode of all files to four-color CMYK mode
  • The color (RGB) displayed on the screen is not accurate, please refer to the CMYK color matching manual
  • Please use four-color CMYK coloring for self-painting and do not use RGB colors.
  • Our company will not return any color differences caused by colors other than four-color CMYK (RGB, Pantone).
  • When repeating orders for the same computer file, the color difference is within plus or minus ten percent as the normal standard.
  • Please set monochrome black to K100, four-color black is not accepted (C, M, Y, K each 100%)
  • For single black (K=100%), it is recommended to add 25% to C for better printing effect.
